Liked: Location was close enough to get around to sites or catch the metro
Disliked: front desk staff were abrupt, we opted to only have our room serviced once during our stay but it seemed as though a dirty rag was used to wipe the bathroom, dirty glasses were not taken or replaced

Liked: Nice hotel, spacious rooms, great location, courteous staff.
Disliked: Parking is very pricy. No vending machines. Breakfast is too pricy and overdone.

Liked: They canceled my reservation just 2 hours before check in without telling me with no reason when I asked a room they said they were sold out, reason for cancellation was they have busy season!!!

Nice room and clean hotel...

Liked: The room was beautiful.
Disliked: No included breakfast. No informal breakfast options. No concierge to book services. Very aloof situation-you are “on your own”. The location is close to Union Station which was good-but that area is a wasteland-no restaurants, services, etc. Hotel was filled with noisy people coming in at 12 midnight and later yelling and making noise.
