Liked: The front desk was so inviting. Our room was immaculate. A special treat was waiting for my little dog. She was given a new ball, neck-kerchief and bowls were set out for her. Any place that gives a warm welcome for my little dog is worth 10 stars! The bed and pillows were incredible. Wonderful place. We'll be back!
Disliked: The only thing that was awkward was not having a valet meet us at the door, help with our luggage and take my car to valet for me. For what they charge for valet service, I think they could provide this service. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Liked: The location is excellent, and you can have a city walk around the hotel, shopping or eating. I like the style of the whole hotel, from the hall to the room, from the living room to the bathroom. The service is good enough.
Disliked: You need to pay for the parking, $50 per night for 24 hours. It's a little expensive, but convenient.

Disliked: The WiFi was weird. Probably malfunctioning. My computer was not able to stop running. Not LAN but WiFi.

Liked: Uniquely decorated rooms. Beautiful lobby.
Disliked: Location felt sketchy, room was cold and hard to warm up. Could hear everything from the room next door.

Beautiful Hotel

Liked: The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room was a bit on the smaller size from what I'm used to, however the cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed and the beautiful decor of the room made up for it.
