Liked: The front desk was so inviting. Our room was immaculate. A special treat was waiting for my little dog. She was given a new ball, neck-kerchief and bowls were set out for her. Any place that gives a warm welcome for my little dog is worth 10 stars! The bed and pillows were incredible. Wonderful place. We'll be back!
Disliked: The only thing that was awkward was not having a valet meet us at the door, help with our luggage and take my car to valet for me. For what they charge for valet service, I think they could provide this service. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Liked: Uniquely decorated rooms. Beautiful lobby.
Disliked: Location felt sketchy, room was cold and hard to warm up. Could hear everything from the room next door.

Beautiful Hotel

Liked: The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room was a bit on the smaller size from what I'm used to, however the cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed and the beautiful decor of the room made up for it.

Disliked: parking was more expensive than surrounding areas, $49 compared to between $24-32 in sussounding areas, so we didn't park there.noisy shower in 501

A great stay in downtown...

Liked: We booked this hotel partially because of the unique vibes while having a comparable cost to other downtown hotels. The location was perfect and we just took public transportation the whole time. It was super easy to get to the airport from here in particular. This was a great spot for us with our baby, there was plenty of space for her to crawl around and for her crib they provided. It also got dark using the curtains for sleep and naps. The restaurant in the hotel was a convenient way for us to get breakfast before leaving for our flight. There were feminine products available for free in the ground floor bathroom.
Disliked: No real complaints- free breakfast would always be nice.

Nice place and staff, but...

Liked: Large rooms, two TVs in the one I was in!, large bathroom. Clean. Nice staff.
Disliked: Surprise "Destination Charge" tacked onto every night of my stay, for stuff I didn't need or use. The amount of $15 per day could be recouped IF you ate at the restaurant or spent it in some way at the property. Also a $100 hold per night also tacked on in case you did damage; my understanding was it was $75 per night. I ate at the restaurant twice, just to save some money. It was fine, nothing to write home about.
