Royal Sonesta is amazing. I will come back. Great experience.

Liked: The front desk was so inviting. Our room was immaculate. A special treat was waiting for my little dog. She was given a new ball, neck-kerchief and bowls were set out for her. Any place that gives a warm welcome for my little dog is worth 10 stars! The bed and pillows were incredible. Wonderful place. We'll be back!
Disliked: The only thing that was awkward was not having a valet meet us at the door, help with our luggage and take my car to valet for me. For what they charge for valet service, I think they could provide this service. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Great place overall.

Liked: Great place. Slightly quirky in a nice way. Clean and spacious room. Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Bar was disappointing. No draft beet.

Liked: The location was excellent and the staff were more than accommodating. The bed was not all that comfortable and the comforter on the bed was less than desirable.
Disliked: The bed comforter and the gardens of the bed.

Liked: The hotel was modern and eclectic. Nice, lively bar.
Disliked: We enjoyed the entire stay. The staff was very friendly

Good location. Wonderful staff. unique...

Liked: The front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. The young woman was engaging and helpful. Kudos to her! Parking was easy. The suite was large, and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and was in a good location.
Disliked: There is a destination fee of $30.00 plus tax. It includes a $15.00 credit to the Lobby Market. The name does not bear any resemblance to a market, The offerings were minimal, and the variety limited. Not worth the fee or good use of the credit.

Liked: This hotel has class and charm, the staff is super friendly. The bed was comfy, the room was super clean
Disliked: Having to request a coffee pot or mini fridge is a little awkward.
