Nice location with great outdoor...

Liked: The heated pool was great.
Disliked: Not attentive on 3 different occasions. I asked for an extra pillow which they said they would bring up but they never did. I asked for the lock on the door to the outside pool/courtyard area to be fixed because the room key to outside only worked for one day of the 3 we were there. The room key worked on the main door but not the outside door and they said Maintenance would come to fix it but they never did. When I checked out the receptionist said they would email me the final billing info and she never did so I am assuming the total charges were within a few hundred dollars of what I spent but frankly I am still not sure.

Superb

Liked: We had a double bed room. Beds were comfortable. Facilities were clean. Staff was excellent and very friendly. The location was great. We were able to park for the weekend and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Exceptional

Liked: Room was located next to elevator which I like, staff was very courteous, great location in French Quarter. Dined at Revolution & Desire, both food and service were excellent. Highly recommend hotel and restaurants!
Disliked: invoice @ checkout is a little difficult to decipher, parking is pricey
