Disliked: Entertainment closing time. Air conditioning in room. I couldn't adjust temperature

Liked: The over hotel was nice
Disliked: 1) they gave our room away had to result to a one bed and a cart 2) wen given another room it was already occupied we literally walked in on someone 3) on here it says $50 damaged deposit but really it’s $100 per day

Never again.

Disliked: I booked a room ahead of time for 2 queen beds and when I arrived I was told “you shouldve came sooner because we don’t have any more rooms of 2 queen beds available “ so we was forced to get a king size bed for 2 people. And then we had to go down there ourselves to either get a refund or tell them to move us to a different room. The room we had , had horrible lighting , the shower was very loud and it was very muggy in the room. They did not want to issue a refund so they let us a get the room I originally booked.

Disliked: No Breakfast. Was given free cafe tickets but I was still charged. Overcharged self-parking. No smart TV’s
