Liked: The view. But then again, I can get that from any number of hotels in the area. I found little else about your hotel to warrant recommending it.
Disliked: Charging my debit card for $100.00 per night at check in. I have travelled world-wide extensively for the past 30 years. This type of charge is unheard of in the really good hotels. It is a blemish on yours that you chose such a policy. Additionally, your front desk staff is rude. They seem well-versed in hotel policy and care little for your guest's side of a discussion. Lastly, trying to get your concierge to get a taxi for my wife and I to the Lyric Theater seemed too much of a trouble for him. Even after one hour - I had to find one myself.

Liked: Comfort, size and cleanness room.
Disliked: This hotel lobby needs a serious makeover. Unsavory free and paid coffee. Charges a useless "Resort Fee".

Perfect stay in a perfect...

Liked: Location was great and the rooms for spacious and very clean.
Disliked: We stayed at the Harbor Court several times many years ago for New Years Eve and we always enjoyed the bar / lounge that was in a library setting. We missed having that setting to sit and have a cocktail.

Budget hotel for not a...

Liked: There was a pretty nice breakfast spread we could see from the window of our room… we got there and were told it was a private party and we couldn’t have any.. it was unclear from the 6 emails I got from booking / Sonesta whether it should have been included..
Disliked: Still smells like a hotel that allows cigarettes.. parking is inconvenient.. we had some stuff from the prior guests left in our room, so room checks/cleaning isn’t too thorough.
