Liked: The view. But then again, I can get that from any number of hotels in the area. I found little else about your hotel to warrant recommending it.
Disliked: Charging my debit card for $100.00 per night at check in. I have travelled world-wide extensively for the past 30 years. This type of charge is unheard of in the really good hotels. It is a blemish on yours that you chose such a policy. Additionally, your front desk staff is rude. They seem well-versed in hotel policy and care little for your guest's side of a discussion. Lastly, trying to get your concierge to get a taxi for my wife and I to the Lyric Theater seemed too much of a trouble for him. Even after one hour - I had to find one myself.

decent/nice facilities, great location and...

Liked: view and the bathroom were beautiful. pool, jacuzzi, and landscaped courtyards were very nice. staff in the Explorers restaurant on Friday night were super nice; all four of use enjoyed our meals and desserts.
Disliked: the hospitality (friendliness, welcoming, answering question about parking) when we arrived (8pm) was not good. He didn't explain things well, was impatient with me. Never got requested pillows, deadbolt didn't work in room, fridge froze our food.

It was an overnight stay...

Liked: The location is absolutely great! The hotel itself a bit older also from the style, but all was very clean and comfy! Pool upstairs was nice for kids, but not a nice atmosphere up there to relax. Chairs had old pillows on and the overall style seemed old. Also the images in the corridors were old and bleached as if from the 70s silk hanging. All in all a good experiences but with an older look.
