Great location and staff, please...

Liked: Location was amazing, staff were great and hotel restaurant was great
Disliked: beds were so-so, room fit and finish for what I paid wasn’t quite what i expected and the pillows on the bed were unusable

Would not book again

Disliked: Tv was not working. Finally told that the TV was out from floors 15-18. We could recieve compensation or change rooms. I chose to change rooms but was never contacted for the new room
