Beautiful, classic hotel and wonderful...

Liked: The Chase is beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year’s. The staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We wished we could get a little snack after 11pm.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and my husband thought that the pancakes were the best he had ever had in a hotel!I had oatmeal, it was delicious and included blueberries that were sweet and fresh.
Disliked: The tap room restaurant food was pretty salty, but otherwise good.

It was a decent stay...

Liked: The architect and how the rooms are set up and the traffic sound was minimal for it to on a corner.
Disliked: The mildew smell in the hallway and the restaurants were not vegan friendly. Oh and that extra 25.00 charge posing as resort fee!

Excellent stay at the Chase...

Liked: I loved the tenderloin room. The food was amazing & the service was excellent. My husband ordered the old fashion & the presentation was awesome. The hotel is beautiful. I love the amenities. 2 restaurants and the Chase Club. The movie theatre is a plus also.
Disliked: Toilet seats are extremely low. Bad for my back & knees.
