Liked: Really nicely presented
Disliked: Very very squeaky floorboards that you couldn’t avoid making noise Pre arrival emails - asked to pay deposit and did in first email, had a few follow ups asking for same thing

Liked: Breakfast was great quality food provided, staff very polite and friendly very clean throughout
Disliked: Better parking little awkward getting in shower as toilet was in the way

Great place in heart of...

Liked: Nice place to stay. Very close to train station and in a convenient location for the town centre. Room basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Had its own bar so great for a night cap.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Breakfast was all freshly good , and very good Dinner was well presented and delicious Location was great , easy walk from railway station Nice to meet the owner and hear his plans, hope all goes well

Disappointing

Liked: It was a good location for visiting Lancaster. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: On the first night there was a wedding right next door to my room with very loud music. At least it stopped at 11.00 but it would have been helpful if I had been warned beforehand. My room was also directly by the door for the corridor which was quite noisy being opened and shut. I thought paying over £300 for two nights was really rather excessive for a single room.
