Beautifully designed hotel near the...

Liked: The hotel is located near the bay, featuring beautiful design, spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and a restaurant with great views. Breakfast was sufficient.
Disliked: A strong sewage smell in the bathroom, as mentioned by other guests, which affects the otherwise lovely ambiance. Additionally, food odors from the restaurant reached my room, which was unpleasant, especially as a vegetarian.

Welcoming team, exceptional service

Liked: The team here are so welcoming. This was my second visit. I had an issue with my room, which was beyond the control of the hotel, however they went above and beyond to try and resolve it. Gabriella was amazing and did her best to sort it out with real sincerity and empathy. She even followed up with a phone call once I was home. Excellent service, thank you.

Liked: Room 5 was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Little touches are noted, eg, little welcome note with chocolates, offer of fresh milk, and plenty of shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion. Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. We also had dinner which was delicious and beautifully presented.
Disliked: Initially we were given room 2 but when we entered the room the sewage smell was unbearable. We spoke to a member of staff who quickly moved us to room 5 which was fine. Even though the dinner was great, staff need a little bit more guidance (we asked the same member of staff twice for apple sauce, she said she will see, and nothing. She passed us again several times and nothing) We also ordered side dish which never arrived.
