Lovely way to celebrate!!!

Liked: Location was beautiful, even on a dull Autumn night! We saw the fireworks over the river. Team were accommodating and friendly and even left us a celebratory card and bottle of fizz ready for our arrival! Bathroom was great and the roll top bath was lovely! Food was stunning, we were so full we even took left overs to our room because it was so nice! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We've decided this should be our annual celebratory night away :)
Disliked: Nothing, all wonderfulOnly suggestion if I had to suggest anything would be for the bathroom to have bubble bath for a lovely soak. Didn't affect us, we used the shower gel instead :)

Terrific and i will be...

Liked: fabulous service and food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and Gabriella was especially helpful as i left my phone charger in my room when i left and she found it and arranged for it to be returned to me.

Great place to stay on...

Liked: The location was excellent, great position overlooking the entrance to the Marina. Breakfast was excellent, but No1 was the helpful and charming staff. Thank you Caitlin for being so welcoming and hospitable

Great place. A regular stay...

Liked: Nice quiet location in the winter but very very busy in good weather.
Disliked: Bar hours could have been longer but short staffed

Really comfortable, cosy just what...

Liked: Really lovely decor throughout and the building is lovely. bathroom was super stylish. It was a really cosy place to stay on a dark autumn night. I liked the fact that it wasn’t a huge hotel. Food was great during my short stay and staff really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My only feedback which isn’t a huge thing is that unlike many other hotels I’ve stayed in there wasn’t any water offered in the room. Great tea/coffee options and nice touch with chocolate. Water would for me just be a good addition.

Liked: Only stayed for one night, but all the staff at the Royal Inn were welcoming and friendly. Beautiful decor in the rooms and throughout the building. Breakfast options were varied and very delicious. Easy to find and free parking, stunning view across the river too!
