Liked: There is not much to like about our whole experience during our stay. There were 2 members of staff that did try to help make our stay better but that is it.
Disliked: We were booked for 5 nights. After 3nights and 2 different rooms both having faults. The final thing that made us leave early was the barmaid on the Friday night decided to close the bar at 8.15. This was after a friend had joined us for a drink.We had no choice but to go next door to the Laichmoray Hotel. Where i booked a room for our last 2 nights in Elgin. Although being told we would get some money refunded up until now this has not happened. I do not expect that will happen now as they just ignore my emails now.

Liked: great big room and bathroom ,friendly staff good location a little walk into town but manageable
Disliked: rooms were dated needed a good freshen up with paint , old fixtures need removed that were no longer in use , and you need to be able enough to climb stairs and walk into town .
