The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped - it was lovely to get more than a couple of teas, coffees and milks. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Shame I only stayed one night - I have already recommended it to my work colleagues.

On the whole very good....
Liked: The atmosphere was very calm and welcoming. there were nice places to sit .
Disliked: Some areas were a little tired, the carpet where we ate breakfast

Liked: Staff are friendly and helpful, if you have a issue they will deal with it immediately food is excellent .
Disliked: Maybe sachets of vegan hot chocolate.

Very comfortable and a great...
Liked: Staff were engaging, chatty and very helpful.Room was of a good standard with tea, coffee provided. The shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable.Dinner was very good with a range of options available.Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The four-poster bed was very comfortable but over the top for the size of the room where it didn't fit against the wall and took up too much room making the space seem confined.
