Liked: The staff went extra mile to make us feel welcome and congratulated on my son’s 18th birthday. We got a better room than we booked and an amazing plate with the treats from the restaurant.❤️

A nice stay, perfect location...

Liked: A great stay with a nice room. Great location in a beautiful old building. Very friendly staff and breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bathroom let the room down. Although the hotel is 4 star, when we went into the bathroom you felt as if you’d been downgraded which was a bit of a shame. However it was clean, just a bit tatty and not what you would expect. It felt as the room had been refurbished but they’d forgotten to do the bathroom.
