The Royal Hotel in Ventnor...

Liked: The Royal Hotel is a real gem in an historic part of south Isle of Wight. The entrance and welcome are exceptional and the starring knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: My only complaint about was that the bathroom in our room, room 16, was tiny and not particularly as modern as I might have expected for. There were no rails or bars in the bathroom and getting in and out of the shower which was actually a bathtub felt very precarious. This did not take away from the enjoyment we had and the rest of our dealings with the hotel, but I think it is worth mentioning.

Apart from the weather being...

Disliked: Breakfast was very meagre, we are both vegans because of allergies. so the breakfast was one very poor sausage, one mushroom half a tomato and half a fried bread, hardly an full English breakfast.
