Disliked: Dated decor in doom floor not level in bathroom bar area staff weren’t interested standing about chatting while customers waiting to be served looked lovely from outside

Liked: Friendly staff , great breakfast bag for early departure. dog friendly
Disliked: Rooms very tired

Liked: The beds were very comfy and we had a good noghts sleep
Disliked: Hotel is a bit dated but that is reflected in the star rating

Liked: Perfect for my stopover from Dales to Ullapool.
Disliked: Toilet and room was a bit tired and needs updating.

Liked: Location was good as getting an early ferry to the islands
Disliked: As a single traveler I was put in dark rooms with grim views. I felt I needed to be out of the rooms as much as possible.The hotel interior is in need of refresh.

Liked: Great location. Traditional old hotel,
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. Limited choice, one bowl of tinned orange segments, toast was made with mouldy bread, milk and orange juice jugs were empty, cracked drinking glass, muffins and croissants were both pre wrapped in plastic wrapping.
