Liked: The staff were exceptional: attentive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is outstanding: just a short walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, and right near a central Underground station, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area with no pubs or late-night noise. It felt very safe, with no crowds or wanderers in the street. The breakfast was tasty and well-served. The team at the front desk were also great at helping us navigate the city and plan our days.
Disliked: The sofa bed, which was quite bumpy and not very comfortable. Our room faced another building, so the view was limited. Still, overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
