Great location and old charm

Liked: Fashionable hotel in a fantastic Westminster location. The hotel has a lot of "old world charm", great breakfasts and friendly staff. Supremely central just off Trafalgar Square.
Disliked: The aircondition in the room didn't function correctly and it took some time to get someone to fix it and in the meanwhile it was sweltering. The elevators are few, slow and cause a fair bit of waiting at peak hours (breakfast time, check-in/out time).

Disliked: Breakfast all days without changes. Мixer in the bathroom wasnt work properly. And no shoehorn in the room.

Liked: Great hotel, well located. Large bedroom with essential facilities and enfiles drinks when needed. Friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Mirror and walls could be cleaner. Poor variety of channels on tv, and those accessible were not great quality
