Amazing location and i will...

Liked: I loved the location next to the London Eye and Victoria park. Most things within walking distance. Alot of underground stations close by. Theatre close by - shops close by.
Disliked: Room had no view and the windows were locked and could not open them.This is silly because this hotel has amazing views from both front and back.

Liked: Fantastic location, large, comfortable beds and well maintained/nicely decorated hotel.
Disliked: The shower was really horrible. Tiny little jets of water out of a large, overhead shower head. I have stayed in other rooms at this hotel and the showers have been fine.

Disliked: The decor is tired, carpets are won and grubby and bathrooms are 3 star. Breakfast was basic and staff were woeful - felt like Fawlty Towers.

Liked: This hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I had visited with my partner for our anniversary (and had ticked this box upon booking). At check in, the very lovely receptionist knew this and upgraded us to “the best room in the hotel”. And wasn’t it just! We were given the Waterloo suite on the top floor which was absolutely incredible with breathtaking views (of the Thames and the London eye). After half an hour, a waiter arrived with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary! We felt so accommodated and looked after by all the staff, they really went above and beyond. The breakfast was divine with a full spread of choice, the most delicious pastries, and even included Prosecco for mimosas! We would love to come back one day! Thank you so so much.
