Lovely hotel

Liked: Lovely staff especially Helen @ breakfast who looked after us so well. Lovely high tea excellent food great location by the river.
Disliked: Nice room but bathroom could do with updating.

Friendly and helpful staff

Liked: The breakfast was excellent even though it was self service. The lady at breakfast was very cheerful and most helpful, making you feel at ease. Staff were all polite and very accommodating.
Disliked: The tea tray in the rooms needed to have more milk as there was only enough for one cuppa each.

Total relaxation

Liked: The hotel was in a very good area and close to all the shops restaurants and bars and staff were very friendly

Wake up to the River...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and in a lovely setting. Waking up to sounds of birds and gentle waters of the river was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location great for walking everywhere. Lots of places to sit and relax in the hotel.
Disliked: Addition of pastries at breakfast would've been welcome.
