Liked: Clean, modern, nice staff, good value, perfect location, food and drink available.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, room was very loud due to fire doors banging and the bins being emptied under the room location, drinks provided in the fridge but no bottle opener.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice. Bedrooms were spacious with a large variety of drinks in the fridge and brilliant toilet facilities.
Disliked: Slightly dusty in the rooms.

Liked: Very convenient for the racecourse- we walked. Breakfast was amazing
Disliked: Room to hot at night and no toiletries providedEvening meal not so good. I had fish and chips which had hardly any fish in it. My friend had sea bass which was nice but the beans were hard. I had mussels to start which were nice. Very noisy in the restaurant music too loud.

Disliked: unwelcoming check infood was questionable with dinner being poor. Breakfast was eventually excellent, however, the first attempt was returned as I don’t believe poached eggs should be like rocks.the staff were excellent including Tracy, the manager.
