Really nice just a shame...

Liked: The room service staff were really polite, the spa was relaxing and warm. The aesthetics of the hotel are really nice they’ve got the mix of modern and history perfected. The spa assistants are also very polite and inviting whilst giving the relevant information.
Disliked: The spa facilities changing room for men are really small(not sure about the womens). We had afternoon tea but as we were seated it took nearly 30 minutes for our tea orders which I was surprised about. The breakfast was ok but the service makes up for it. Myself and my partner are a young couple and at times some staff members would not give us the time of day; in the restaurant it would feel very awkward like you’ve walked in a local clicky pub so maybe I’ll come back when I’m 40+ too fit in.
