Liked: Location was nice and quiet
Disliked: Room was very dusty and there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and in the bed. Not very clean.

Liked: The location was perfect for our visit to Bosworth.The bathroom, towels and bedding were very clean.Our waitress/barmaid was very pleasant and approachable.We had decent food.
Disliked: Our room was a little tired and in need of decoration and some TLC, but was still good value for money.

Really disappointing and cold.

Liked: The double bed was extremely comfortable and the room size was nice and spacious including a big bathroom. Carparking is free and there are plenty of places to eat close by.
Disliked: Although heating was on for a short period of time it was not sufficient to warm the room meaning we had to put our coats on to the bed to be warm at night and I even slept in my clothes.The refreshment facilities provided just one biscuit and one small bottle of water so you will need to take your own.There was no hot water for hand washing just in the shower and this varied from hot to cold in a matter of seconds.I wanted to let reception know about my concerns before leaving a review to give them a chance to explain and all they responded was that the heating was on - which I had already acknowledge. Suspect they really were not that bothered.

Disappointed

Liked: I booked the bridal suite for a special night away and it was a little disappointing. Considering the venue prides itself on wedding venue hire I would be disappointed with the suite as a bride and groom. Room was basic with no little luxury items. Shower was depressing massively needs updating. It was quiet as a week night but no friendly service in the bar or restaurant. All in all for the evening dinner and room I paid over £300 and wouldn't go back.

Brilliant, a very relaxing and...

Liked: The staff were very attentive to our needs.My brother and I sat in the very cozy bar while our dinner was prepared. Located just a few miles from the Mallory Park race track.Will definetely stay again when in the area.

Great location and venue

Liked: Really quiet nice location and great food we arrived late and the girls on reception called to say the kitchen was closing we ordered over the phone and food ready as we arrived excellent service attention to detail Thank you.
Disliked: Nothing

Would have rather slept in...

Liked: The location is picturesque
Disliked: We arrived at 10pm, as arranged. Note on door to allocate room, couldn’t get a drink after a drive from Cornwall. Room was dirty, stains on rug, bathroom had hair in it, bedclothes were itchy, it was cold and shower barely worked. Complained the next day, and have called several times since but only one response to say the manager would call me, and they haven’t.
