Christmas break

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Warm room and nice and quiet.
Disliked: No plug in sink and only tea, coffee and milk supplies plus towels left out for 1 night stay. Hotel was closed for both days, so would have expected extra supplies to be left for us.

All required was available

Liked: Staff member doing breakfast and the duty manager who handled my complaint were fantastic. Nice safe car park. Room was a reasonable size. Good breakfast... the cooked part was impressive...No quibble 50% refund on my complaint and call dealt with Professionally, top marks for the duty manager.
Disliked: Room was very cold.... I couldn't sleep it was so bad. Heating went off at 2300 and came back on at 0730 between those times was grim.Shower was tepid in temperature and very low pressure.Toilet dripped loudly and took a very long time to refill. I have video of these last two but cannot upload here...Kettle plug didn't fit into wall socket, desk in the way... wall paper hanging off... someone else's long hair in the bathroom..Bar closed before we arrived back after work... Maybe 2200-2230 which was disappointing. Cheap coffee in room.I'd have given the hotel the bottom rating if the staff for breakfast and duty manager who dealt with my complaint and gave a 50% refund hadn't been so great.
