Solid option for families

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, the rooms were cleans and spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The coffee bars and pastries available to everyone were so delicious and convenient. The pool was great, and overall a fantastic stay for families.
Disliked: The valet was incredibly helpful, but ya know it adds up fast per night wish the credit could be used towards parking/valet as well.

It was okay, even good,...

Liked: Overall it is a beautiful and clean hotel.
Disliked: I notified the hotel during booking that it was my husband’s birthday, they replied that they would take that into account. I expected a compliment or something, but got nothing.

Amazing

Liked: It was a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations! We came for our son’s birthday; the staff went out of their way to make him feel special and were extremely professional and courteous to any requests. We appreciate their generosity and are grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Nice birthday getaway

Liked: The hotel enjoys a central location, providing convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining establishments. The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable.
Disliked: Unused daily $25 credits should accumulate and be available for use until the final day of the stay, as some days were dedicated to off-property sightseeing and dining.

staff will ignore you as...

Disliked: staff dont look up at you from computer to make eye contact or acknowledge you. They dont give you any information at all, I asked them if they had extra towels and their response was simply: “no”. Then I asked how I can go about getting more towels and they responded by saying “housekeeping”. Literally one word. All front desk staff is like this. They don’t explain the $25 credit or how that works. Will never stay here again.
