Not awesome, not bad.

Liked: Well decorated
Disliked: Cleanliness wasn’t the best in the commons spaces. Maintenance wise, it seemed rundown.

Overall, a great experience!

Liked: Excellent location! Beautiful facility! The staff were all super pleasant, & helpful!
Disliked: $25 charge Also, not the hotels fault that we were under the impression that the subway ran until @ least 11:30pm, so we had to uber back to our hotel. This was an additional expense, on top of valley parking, that wasn’t expected.

Solid option for families

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, the rooms were cleans and spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The coffee bars and pastries available to everyone were so delicious and convenient. The pool was great, and overall a fantastic stay for families.
Disliked: The valet was incredibly helpful, but ya know it adds up fast per night wish the credit could be used towards parking/valet as well.
