Liked: the staff, restaurant and accommodations.
Disliked: this is the second time I have stayed and both times there was something wrong with the shower knob. It kept falling off.

Disliked: A damage deposit of 100$Still showing as pending on our bank account We checked out 11 November and I queried this with receptionist . she replied everything clear nothing outstanding

Pretty and comfortable boutique hotel...

Liked: The sheet thread count made me wish I could spend more time sleeping. zzzzzzz Awesome. Renovated bathroom was appreciated. Easy parking. Slippers given were a nice touch. Toiletries were above standard.
Disliked: No pool, hot tub or complimentary breakfast. Coffee maker provided in room did not produce decent tasting coffee even though I tried both bottled water and tap water. Few rooms with good views due to close main street location and major construction going on across the parking lot. Old, ugly mega brown watch tower impedes view of the pretty hills in Roslyn Harbor.
