Lovely weekend getaway in centre...

Liked: The hotel was very swish. The room was in a separate building - it was huge! Modern decor and lovely big bathroom. Really good value for money.
Disliked: The breakfast was fine but would have been nice to have hot food cooked to order.

Disliked: Breakfast (porridge) was inedible. However, a full refund was given, and my husband's cooked breakfast (both on room service) was excellent

Room, general service and staff...

Liked: The room, breakfast and getting the taxi for Heathrow.
Disliked: I book a table for me and friends to have dinner in the evening, only to be told that all guests had had their reservation cancelled as a bunch of hooray Henry's wanted the restaurant for themselves. This was poor management. Also if you were in the second building, there was no lift to bring you up to the main floor and reception when you had lots of bags.

Liked: The staff were so helpful and lovely. I was particularly impressed with Francis at the front desk, who went out of his way to make our stay special.
