Would not call it a...
Liked: Location of the hotel is brilliant, right in the centre of Reading.
Disliked: Staff were shockingly rude. Checked us in as quickly as possible but failed to tell us when check out was or when and where breakfast was being served. We requested champagne glasses to be sent to the room but they never arrived and staff forgot to tell us that the ‘ spa ‘ was by appointment only because it’s actually in the house at the back of the hotel and is a just 1 room with a sauna and shower in it. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

Liked: great place to stay , staff were excellent. Rooms was lovely only thing was mattress on bed was too hard but other than this we realy enjoyed our stay

Excellent. Will definitely stay again.
Liked: Everything was great, from the location to the interior, room, comfort, service and friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The sink in the bathroom was blocked and filled up quickly and there was no water, coffee or tea in the room (but this was quickly rectified by the very helpful staff).
