Liked: Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Downsize is that I think for the price, the food options and quality could be better.The room was very comfy but there were stains in the upholstery, so little details could be improved considering it is considered a luxury location.

Not really worth it

Liked: We were in the building across the road and if I knew that I would not have booked this as we didn't feel like we were cared for like we would if we were in the hotel,I had ordered a birthday cake for my friends 50th birthday for us to arrive and it was forgotten about,they gave us 2 drinks to make up for that,but felt it wasn't good enough,don't think it was worth the money paid,however rhe bed was super comfortable and slept great.

A perfect romantic stay

Liked: We just loved this hotel so much! We were doing a road trip in Scotland, and this was our last night there, which was our wedding anniversary, and they were so kind to have a beautiful and special welcoming note with some delicious sweets for us in the room. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room facilities were fantastic, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, and very nice decor. Only good words for this beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
