The Rose Hotel & Motel, Bunbury

Great for a night stay....

Liked: The dinner at this hotel was fantastic! The band on the night as well was amazing. The bonus $25 credit a great idea. So good to walk 30 seconds back to the room. We were on the top floor end room. No.9. Was good to have no-one above and to one side of us. Great size. Very clean. Would stay here again. Walking distance to all the shops and breakfast at Cafe Bean was delicious. We were able to get parking on site which was a bonus. Friendly reception staff.
Disliked: Bed not that comfy and we bought our own pillows. The standby light on the TV was so bright! The shower head would not stay upright - we should have left a message about this.....

Will never stay there again

Disliked: Hotel Receptionist didnt give a dam about any of our problems. Noise levels 6 15 am woken up every day. No parking at times.

Comfortable room in central Bunbury...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Parking just outside the door. Access to Netflix was appreciated. Very central location. The Hotel Restaurant had a good menu with reasonable prices.
Disliked: Bathroom very small and needs updating. Room only had a small window next to the door so the room had no natural light. Parking area small and difficulty parking in some areas. Used for motel, hotel guests and drive-in bottle shop so is full at peak times.

Liked: Town centre. Room clean, bed comfortable, shower functional, kettle Staff pleasant. .
Disliked: I imagined a room in a historic hotel, possibly a bit dated- not a tiny motel room looking out onto carpark. No public areas.It wasn't cheap- same price as a very nice hotel in Perth.Maybe the description needs updating- and the photo.This was not room we paid for: 'balcony', ' desk' ' coffee maker'- we got none of these.

Disliked: Outdoor nightlights are to bright, light came under door or through the windows.Traffic can be very noisy at times, at different hours of the night.

Liked: The restaurant was excellent . Close to town
Disliked: there was no parking we had to park on the street as all the people at the restaurant parked in the Rose. The workers working on the hotel were putting witches hats in the parking bay in the morning so they could save a space for other people. Also very noisey in the early morning far from relaxing.
