Liked: Great location next to ORD. And next to Carmine’s Italian (a Rosebud restaurant).

Fabulous hotel with exceptional service.

Liked: Staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was a sit down style and we enjoyed the food being directly made for us. The hotel was beautiful and the location worked well for us.
Disliked: I wish we had known shuttle service was offered for more places than the airport.

A very nice hotel. Needs...

Liked: I thought the food was average. You need to make it very clear how the shuttle service works in getting picked up at the airport. Once at the hotel, the shuttle is very easy to setup. I ended up paying someone else to give me a ride to the hotel.
Disliked: Food was very average. I.E. The BLT sandwich I had had bacon that was very salty.
