Excellent place to stay and...

Liked: Alongside excellent hotel facilities, the food offering is equally impressive. We had both an evening meal and breakfast which both offered a wide range of options. Both meals were served by very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon

Liked: We love this place! Been coming here for years as a couple, then with little children and now with a puppy. The staff cannot do enough for you, the atmosphere is like a warm hug, the food delicious and the location is pure escape.

Long weekend away

Liked: Everything! Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good with a huge choice and nothing too much trouble to change. Our room was clean and comfortable. Evening meal was excellent too. We will return and wound definitely recommend.

Liked: Having seen previous reviews can confirm the Rose & Crown is excellent,cannot fault anything.On arrival we were made to feel welcome shown to our room which was so comfortable,very clean and a delight to stay in.Breakfast and dinner superb food and choice and all the staff were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed The pub is so pretty and set in a lovely village,a joy to stay there and can't wait to return
Disliked: The only problem is because it is so popular can wait for parking space but will get one
