OK but heating not working

Good hotel in Kensington

Liked: Great location, perfect for travelling from the airport, or around London. Clean and cozy hotel.
Disliked: Very small room, next to the lift, noisy A/C, even when switched-off. I am regular guest for many years, but the comfortable room suitable for business traveller must be always paid extra.

Liked: I enjoyed breakfast very much. Extensive choice, good quality, nice presentation. The staff was extremely helpful, always looking for ways to make our stay smoother.

The hotel was a disappointment.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was not the standard expected for a ‘Superior’ room. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Cushions and throw needed replacing or a good wash. The groove of the shower cubicle was very dirty. The sink was cracked.

Lovely boutique hotel in great...

Liked: All the staff were very helpful & friendly. The room was very spacious with a separate mezzanine floor with a small lounge area. The room was quiet (on busy main road but couldn't hear any traffic. Only 5 mins walk to closest tube station. Lots of restaurants & cafes in the area.Breakfast was included and had an excellent selection, including a full cooked breakfast.Would happily stay here again
Disliked: The bathroom was very tired and definitely needs renovating/refreshing: cracked floor tiles, toilet didn't flush properly, no plug in sink
