Liked: Always so great. The best in London.Great staff, great rooms, great location to Earls Court underground and so clean and perfect. Heating or air con, amazing breakfast for good price in London. We received a complimentary box with a lovely tasting wine. Too many times have I stayed in London with expensive prices and disappointing rooms and really poor customer service. This place tops everywhere where I have stayed in all my times previous. Will be staying here again when in London. You get the service you pay for. My fiancé from abroad has been so shocked at the level in London at still expensive prices but here, she will stay no where else! Thank you Rockwell! See you soon.

Liked: everything was clean and well looked after. The bed was comfortable. The room was pretty quiet given that it was on a main room
Disliked: The room was on the small side. The shower worked fine, but not my favourite type of showerhead
