Disliked: We arrived from NJ, exhausted after a long drive. At the front desk, the Spanish lady who checked us in didn't greet us and asked for a $100 deposit. I mentioned it wasn't in my booking, and she replied that third-party bookings aren't their responsibility. When I asked to check in and pay the deposit after putting away my luggage, she rudely said no without apologizing. I was upset by her behavior, especially since we're repeat guests. The hotel is great, but this incident ruined the experience.
