Liked: Great location, room was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and breakfast was superb.
Disliked: Room was a bit small for our needs as we believed we had booked a deluxe room.

Liked: Excellent location, room high standard.
Disliked: Weren't allowed to leave the dog in the room without us other than to go down for breakfast, which we have always done in previous dog friendly hotels without any issues. Unfortunately this wasn't an option here.

Overall we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Erica was a brilliant host and was very friendly and attentive to our breakfast needs. The breakfast was delicious. I felt more choice for kids breakfast could have been offered. The hotel was homely and cosy, although an old building.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the shower was slightly disappointing.
