Great location with pool

Liked: We liked the view, the pool, the king size bed and lovely cotton sheets
Disliked: Wasn’t told about the 7.50 parking charge at the time of booking - we’d already paid an extra £25 for our dog which seemed excessive. A £50 deposit just in case …! never come across that before. Stains all over the carpet in our room which could be cleaned with a carpet cleaner ( presumably previous dog visitors) Breakfast mediocre - had better in cheaper hotels.

Liked: Hotel was in an amazing location. Room was spotless and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing we shall be returning
Disliked: Couldn't fault it maybe parking should be free for guests

Liked: Staff we're very welcoming, room was clean, tidy well presented and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was excellent

Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, central for bowness
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a better standard, also having to pay for parking when you have already paid to stay at the hotel I thought that was a bit cheeky.
