Good

Liked: Lovely location on the river. Nice for a walk. Staff lovely.
Disliked: It seemed damp and had a smell in the room and in other areas. Bar is nice. Restaurant needs updating.

Liked: beautiful location,beside the river,parking was easy and the town centre was within walking distance .
Disliked: I liked everything about the hotel,except the check in time was a little late at 4 pm ..thought maybe could be around 2/3pm as some people travel quite a distance to stay .

Liked: staff members were every single one as helpful as possible ,taste of food was goodbed comfortable warm roomshower very good
Disliked: horrible smell of bleach in the roomfound hair in my foodno hooks in rhe bathroom for towels to hang . carpet was not clean so
