Looking for the next time...

Liked: The desk person at check is was very friendly. Told us about this area in Star Wars Ewoke scenes. She made sure we had a ground floor room as requested. Explained the full breakfast in the morning. We asked about restaurants in walking distance and she recommended the Taproom and how to get there. Dinner and drinks were great.Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. All of the rooms have a balcony with a view of the Rogue River. Breakfast was awesome. Eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy , fruit, coffee, juice everything we could want and then some. Staff in the dining area was also very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Comfortable beds, strong water pressure, friendly staff.
Disliked: Long lasting loud noises from floor above. There is minimal noise reduction from floors above. Breakfast had a good amount of options.

Liked: My room was nice and well stocked. The office staff were wonderful and helped me with loud guests above me.The river was outside my patio. I imagine this would be a great stop in the summer for boating.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order, and I wasn't informed prior to making my non refundable reservation with booking.The building was also under construction, so I was told after I'd made my reservation that there might be workers outside my room during my stay.The staff were texting and checking in from the moment my reservation was confirmed. No fault of theirs. Grants pass has two one-way streets, and if you're on one side but want to go to anything the other direction, it's a really long drive to turn around. I went to the grocery store just 1.3 miles from my room, and it took 28 minutes to get back.
