First rough…then lovely smooth sailing.

Liked: First room had an issue with overpowering cleaning product smell. Apparently there was an accident on the rug.
Disliked: I had to wait 45 minutes for room. Then smell overpowering. Staff offered to move me in the morning. Was much better room. They were very professional and nice once situation came to their attention due to a very kind housekeeper who saw I had my door propped open.
