Liked: Size of the room and bathroom which had a large walk in shower and bath. Beds were very comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful. Only a 10 minute walk to Coork centre.

Lovely comfortable gracious hotel but...

Liked: Lovely spacious room with comfortable beds. A lovely view. Easy to operate switches and lavish bathroom with hot tub.Delicious dinner in grill room. We went there twice.
Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing. Not really five star, only limited selections of fruit etc. and tasteless coffee. No toaster so every bread required toasting had to be ordered and waited for. The staff were hopeless, muddling orders and disappearing when needed. The manager put everyone together at close tables when there was a huge empty room. All expensive and infuriating.

Liked: Loved the fantastic location near great restaurants and bars. The hotel bar is lovely and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Lack of powerpoints next to the bed

Liked: The food and the service in the River Club were exceptional - especially Patryk who looked after us so well.
Disliked: The decor in our Executive room was a bit tired. Would benefit from a little modernisation
