Super, can't wait to go...

Liked: Location perfect, staff (paticularly our sommelier and head waiter) were exceptional - the wine list is 5 star
Disliked: Not a reflection on the Ritz, but a pity guests at a couple of tables in the Rivoli chose not to respect the dress code (jeans and trainers!)
