Liked: The service has always been top notch and one of the best in the industry.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like about the property but a coffee machine in the room would have been nice for a 5 star hotel like the Ritz. The junior suites have never had any hot drink making stations during our past few visits but I think it has become such an expected item in similar hotels, the Ritz could improve on this.

Disliked: The bedroom wasn't anything special, expected much more considering the cost. looking at the picture of the hotel we expected to see the park but we just saw the very busy main road.

Hotel great - reception crazy

Disliked: Reception they took pre-authorizations far beyond the total amount plus expenses - as excuses they say it is only pre-authorized and should not worry - over 2000 USD and still they wanted to take more.

Amazing stay with an outstanding...

Liked: Love The Ritz go back every year. Breakfast lovely.
Disliked: Being told room not ready but could pay an extra £800 for a better room . Said no thanks and suddenly my booked room was ready.
