Our stay at The Ritz...
Liked: We loved every moment of our stay at The Ritz London. From the warm welcome and seamless service to the luxurious upgrade to a Deluxe King Suite overlooking Green Park, every detail was perfection. The personalised touches, including fresh fruit, handmade chocolates, and rose petals, made us feel truly special. The dining experience at the Michelin-starred restaurant was unforgettable, with exquisite dishes and exceptional service. Breakfast served in our suite with a stunning view was the perfect start to the day. The attention to detail, elegance, and hospitality were unparalleled, making our stay truly magical.

Top quality and truly memorable....
Liked: Breakfast was excellent except for the toast which was disappointingly ‘supermarket style sliced’ which we don’t have at home!Location ideal for our stay.

Exceptional stay
Liked: Excellent bar none. We enjoyed a few nights stay post-christmas for our wedding anniversary. Every member of their staff is exceptional. Expect professional and friendly service and knowledgable recommendations. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The elegant touches make the experience from the heated bathroom floor to rose petals for our anniversary. The experience truly is end-to-end - we have never had such a smooth check-out, from our room to the town car in less than 5 blissful minutes. Keen to return!

Liked: The afternoon stuff, their name are : LuigiFilippoJansen kailash andBryanThe hotel should proud of them because they welcoming me more than the reception stuff who let me wait more than 2 hours !
Disliked: Some of the reception stuff, they need to be more qualified on welcoming all the residents regardless of their nationalities or the status ( family or single). They need to know how to find the solutions for any issues, they asked me to pay and I did then they left me for more than 2 hours while they busy with other residents. When I get tired I went to check what was the problem since they have another room that I can at least take rest! And then I asked again another lady once she checked the room was ready but no body come to tell me! I was who going to check and offer the solution!

Liked: If you want to get into a time machine and feel like you are in traditional England, then this hotel will fully meet your expectations
Disliked: There are no modern gadget charging stations in the hotel room. In the modern world, this is not comfortable. Excellent plumbing, but the shower was working at its last strength. And there was also a lack of a coffee machine or a kettle.
