Liked: The Ritz …. That says it all! Exceptional stay … service second to none and fabulous accommodation.
Disliked: Nothing not to like!

Liked: Breakfast with service was a beautiful experience of good old times. Concierge service was excellent.
Disliked: You have to be prepared to wait for your breakfast table up to half an hour. Sometimes room cleaning seemed to have problems with time.

Liked: The attentive service is slick without being insincere. Afternoon Tea was elegant and good value for money, with a lovely extra touch of presenting me with a small cake to celebrate the occasion.The room was pristine and the added extras of slippers, water by the bed and bookmarks during the 'turn down' service just go to enhance the experience.Breakfast was faultless. Not sure where they get their berries from that are so full of flavour in March! Everything is served at the table, no buffet style, which is so refreshing as this seems to be the norm at most hotels these days.Altogether, a fabulous experience and such a lovely way to celebrate a special occasion or milestone.
Disliked: It's difficult to find anything that's not to like about a stay at the Ritz. If I was picky, I would say that the traffic noise through the night was quite loud, but that's hardly the fault of the hotel!
