Wonderful Location, Luxurious Hotel

Superb

Liked: I liked the room, it was clean and equipped with almost everything we needed (there wasn't kettle for example, but we got it 5min after we asked for it). The bed was comfortable, the robes were nice to lounge around, so I bought 2)) Location - the best there is. The team - I enjoyed talking to the hotel team, they were hospitable and polite. Special thanks to Yulia and Teresa, they have that Ritz attitude (the details always matter))).
Disliked: I would like to share what I would like to be improved: smell of all toiletries: shower gel, shampoo, body lotion - not good; hairdryer - I do not ask for Dyson), but proper hairdryer is expected from the Ritz, I also did not find shoehorn in the room. And my personal - espresso cup, there should be 2 espresso cups (they are little smaller than the ones in the room) and 2 tea/cappuccino cups (they are little bigger). That is all)

Liked: The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The property is a bit small compared to other locations, but I think that's typical for San Francisco. What they lacked in spaciousness, I would say, they made up for with impeccable customer service. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant.
Disliked: We didn't have any negative situations. Everyone was very helpful.
