Liked: Great place to stay , staff were amazing !! Big shout out to housekeeping who did an amazing job .
Disliked: Menu was a little lacking

Standard 5 star hotel chain...

Liked: The fitness centre and staff went out of their way to make sure you were looked after
Disliked: Room was dark and had a worn/tired feel. I also paid for an upgraded corner room and would have loved to be able to open a window but could not. Price didn’t match the quality. Also very overpriced room service. Be aware if you remove any items from the fridge like I did in order to use it for your own items, you will get a hefty charge. Luckily I checked the bill and had to alert them that the items were beside the fridge, not it in. This left a bit of a bad taste and a pretty big oversight from housekeeping. Reception were however quick to rectify and refund me which I appreciated.
