Happy, happy! We will recommend...

Liked: We live in Rancho Mirage and decided to spend Christmas at the Ritz because it is so festive there with beautiful Christmas decorations and Happy hour. The staff are friendly and accommodating! It will become our new tradition for Christmas!Thanks for making our Christmas so special❣️The Griffens
Disliked: Our reservation for dinner time and table was not correct, but we got a better table, but we had to wait. The meal was delicious.

We had a great time...

Liked: Great view, close to all stores, and infrastructure. The staff were great and helpful. We liked the restaurant, and our room on the first floor with a fireplace. Our bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. It was our first trip with our dog, and we appreciated that the hotel was a pet friendly. They even had a dog menu in the restaurant ☺️
Disliked: It’s a shame that our minibar was EMPTY for our entire stay, even after we requested to fill it out. I have never been in a five star hotel with no drinks&snacks in the fridge. No wine glasses either.
