Could have done better.

Liked: The view.
Disliked: it was not as 'Ritzie' as I expected it would be. The concierge appeared distracted and there was no assistance with bags. The hotel looked beautiful but for the price it did not live up to my expectations of a top class, high priced, facility.

Disliked: If there was a firmer pillow as well as I soft one. So there was choice. We both prefer latex firm pillows

First time at the ritz...

Liked: The buffet breakfast was exceptional service along with food quality and variety.It was the best buffet breakfast I have experienced
Disliked: The noise from the songbird bar was quite loud. We could hear the music and people talking/ conversations from the hotel room.Sound proofing could be better on the windows
