Expensive. Ageing room and up...

Liked: Very fancy building good location.
Disliked: Swimming pool glass filthy can’t see out over the city . Staff weren’t helpful had to speak to guests to find out where to go . Balcony was dusty and glass filthy cigarette butt on balcony . HotelPhone didn’t connect to reception couldn’t order roomService . Had to go down to reception at 1am couldn’t get air con to work in room . Got offered a cup of coffee to say sorry . We didn’t enjoy our stay it wasn’t the best anniversary we have had .

The hotel is worth its...

Liked: Attitude of the staff, large room, excellent view of the river, delicious tea, which was put as a gift, very tasty .
Disliked: The water in the shower drained poorly.

Liked: We had the most pleasant stay at the ritz Carlton in Perth My husband and I chose to stay for our honeymoon and the ritz made it so so special From the free room upgrade to the sweet treat and champagne in our room As well as the immaculate viewWe will definitely be back !
