Included in the Daily Resort Fee is transfer service to area theme parks including the Walt Disney World Resort 8.9 mi away. Liked: The friendliness of the staff is unmatched. They always responded with such warmth. There was nothing we requested for that was attended promptly.

Disliked: Spa services were less than desirable. The noise in the staging area was awful. There are no seats inside itself was adequate. However, the massage therapist told me that a service was complementary and then charged me $50 on top of that and I was charged to 22% gratuity on services that were just OK, don’t mind paying The service fee if the massage is very good, but when the massage is adequate and you’re already charging $285 per massage and then add a 22% gratuity on top of that it was not only excessive. It was robbery.

The stay was fine but...

Liked: Dinner was amazing at knife and spoon! Lobby bar had great entertainment.
Disliked: Room felt dated and A/C didn’t work well. It was very warm in the room all night. Sinks would not drain & the shower had a strange odor.
