Fabulous few days at Turtle...

Liked: Everything about Turtle Bay was best of the best. We were treated with exceptional care - very impressed with the personal touch of remembering our names & Leo’s birthday.
Disliked: The food at the hotel bar should be easier to eat. The tables are small, so things easier to manage would be best. I had the lettuce wraps it is was quite messy.

Liked: I was impressed with my entire experience. Wonderful staff throughout the resort, beautiful ocean views, great food and beverages. Very clean and accommodating
Disliked: Pricey but worth it

Beautiful property that has everything...

Liked: The bungalow room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and had the most stunning view of the water! The bathroom was great with a huge soaking tub. Staff was friendly and grounds were really lovely to walk around. They had golf cart rides from the bungalows to the main property to cut down on walking if you requested which was amazing!
Disliked: Just a few misses with requests not getting done such as telling us they would bring ice or our bags up from the bell desk and not following through. We also put out the room service card for breakfast and when the time came and went that we requested the food for we called and they said they didn’t pick it up even though it states to just leave it on the door.

Beatiful views/Rainbows ever day

Liked: The views are amazing…great inside and outside..great food options
Disliked: Pool was cold, it is crowded..and far from the airport ($200 cab ride)

Great views and location but...

Liked: Location was amazing the views were amazing.
Disliked: In my opinion the price you paid was not worth the stay here. Having no discount that you can count as discount at the golf course is wild. Paying for nearly activity like Pilates horse riding etc should be included in the price of your stay or at least heavily discounted. I get that you’re staying at the top echelon of hotels in O‘ahu but you won’t get be getting much repeat customers. Also with bar and restaurants giving the bill to people before you are finish is kinda rude considering I haven’t finished and may want to order more? Ask before you put the bill down especially if you then recommend a 20% tip.
