Liked: Location. It was clean and well appointed. The staff was courteous and eager to please.
Disliked: I had requested a park view suite on a high floor, however, was given a suite on the 3rd floor where I could only see the tree tops and flagstaff in front of the hotel. I requested to move but was not accommodated. The room was small and needed a face-lift.

Disliked: The service and some of the staff were terrible. Bryan at the concierge was very rude and made us wait for 20 mins at the front desk and when we told him about the wait time he was rude and argued with us and said “I didn’t make you wait for 20 mins” This is not the service expected from Ritz Carlton. The Bellboys were extremely helpful but the higher management was very rude. We had to keep requesting for cleaning of the room. It was not done in one go. It was like staying at a 2 star hotel. Very very poor service!
