Wonderful stay!

Liked: We were travelling to the US on our honeymoon from Australia and the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans was a highlight of our trip. Our room was beautiful, it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room and overall hotel had old school charm mixed with modern luxury. The ameneties within the room and the hotel were fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met promptly. The staff also kindly arranged champagne to celebrate our special stay. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the French Quarter, with every sight within walking distance.
Disliked: There is no critics for this wonderful hotel. We hope to visit again on our next trip to the US.

Lovely stay, would absolutely return.

Liked: The reception, baggage, and hospitality staff provided exceptional service, specifically those who brought food to our room. I loved the room service, including the table they set to serve meals. We also loved the in-house workout facilities.
Disliked: I mentioned a dairy allergy and specifically asked for hot chocolate made with water. I received hot chocolate with milk and had to ask for medicine later. Staff did provide Pepto Bismal, and I felt better afterward.
