Underwealming experience, feel taken advantage...

Disliked: Overpriced, didn’t offer compensation for club suite not having access to club lounge because of remodeling, so no breakfast, no cocktails, but still charged us over $1K per night. We reserved a suite with 2 beds, and since suites only come with one bed, our kids slept in a sofa bed and a roll on bed and the hotel even tried to charge us for the extra bed. Suites feel like a slightly larger but very much an average room. Average food, and extremely expensive. Outdated facilities. The general comment from my family was “i expected more from a Ritz”. It would have been better to get 2 rooms instead of a suite, it’s the worst suite I’ve paid for. Overall, old hotel, expensive for what it offers, not worth it.

Liked: The room and the amenities is amazing! The service is excellent! The pool for the kids is spectacular! The food is really good too. You can go to the beach and have the same experience in Ritz Carlton beachfront.

Liked: We enjoyed the pool and slides and the staff was extremely accommodating.
Disliked: There weren’t many food options.

Disliked: The property was a bit dated and the room was small. With all the plastic pollution in the world, I like the hotels that have alternatives to all the plastic bottles (such as Edition in Tampa).
