Liked: LOVED MY STAY
Disliked: NOTHING

When we arrived at 4:00...

Liked: Location of the property and history.
Disliked: Needs an update inside..here and there….in order to compete with other 5-star properties.

Loved our suite loved the...

Liked: Loved the style , the decor and the feel of the hotel
Disliked: Just one interaction with host at the restaurant/ bar on our first evening. Wasn’t made to feel quite as special as I would have expected . We were dressed casually as had just arrived and she asked for room number straight away ( although people can come in off street to drink/eat there) when she knew our suite number I felt her approach improved.
