Scammers. Misleading property details. CAMERAS...

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: Misleading property details. Cameras in house (ILLEGAL). Smelled horribly of dog urine. After 30min of being there wife started having allergic reaction had to give her epipen shot when we left. Cancelled reservation and charged me $500 for a refund just to be refused my money a week later. Filed fraud charges with FLORIDA DEPT. OF CONSUMER SERVICES and hired a lawyer. You can’t scam and rob consumers at will. The property owner as well as booking.com will be served soon…

Did not feel like the...

Liked: Location. I love the key.
Disliked: Bathroom was very dirty. Hairs that were not ours. I asked the to clean it and it took them over 24 hours. A lot of charges that are not specified in the reservation. Pool charges when you don’t use it. No option other that a 50 dollar valet parking. For the rooms with kitchenet not accessories provided. Overall it did not feel like a ritz it was more of a courtyard. Very under what I expect of a ritz.
