Disliked: We had a problem in the bathroomWe changed room, than we got down grade of the room.I had to ho back to the eeception. Who where very helpful and changed my room again.Good peolpe, Bad rooms...

I enjoyed staying at Ritz-Carlson.

Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast in room. The food was good and tasty. The bathroom was clean, and plenty of towels. I liked they provide the bathrobe and hairdryer.
Disliked: The carpet has stains. It should be more cleaner. It is not too much to say about what I did not like. The only thing is the carpet should be washed and vacuumed more.
