Liked: Well located and elegant
Disliked: It’s worn, the pool is in need of major repairs and power washing. The hotel needs a refresh. Our room floor had all kinds of black marks and scratches, and scratches in the paint. Also the windows are old so it was a little noisy in the room

Liked: The staff were nice. The breakfast garden was nice, though the food itself was nothing special.
Disliked: Not at all what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Old and tired property.

Liked: The only positive was the personnel as far as polite and helpful.
Disliked: The cleanliness was horrible, I have pictures it was not worth what I paid for. I was expecting stellar cleaning but unfortunately the shower had black mold and the headboard had a nasty stain. The floors in the room were stained and uneven.
