It was OK, but not...

Liked: breakfastsfriendly and helpful staffattractive price
Disliked: I expected bigger and better standard of room that was categorized as deluxeBerlin's Ritz impression was more like Mariott standard (lower than I expected) - different than for example Barcelona's Ritz which was really extraordinary experience for me

5 star service and facilities

Liked: The staff were very attentive and the room was fantastic, along with a very comfortable bed and great facilities. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and upmarket place to stay in Berlin.
