Liked: Room was well appointed, location is very convenient, and staff was incredibly friendly.
Disliked: Prices for certain amenities should be reviewed; for example breakfast was 50 euros, but dinner from a 4 course tasting menu was 65 euros. Parking was 10X the cost of parking directly across the street in a secured parking garage..

Good location and beautiful hotel.

Liked: Location, the hotel is beautiful and the team were nice and kind. Room was nicely arranged and clean.
Disliked: From arrival to departure, I had to carry my luggage up and down myself. Not a big deal, but it’s just a basic service.

Disliked: •Long queues at check-in and check-out.•Overcrowded facilities.•No water available for showering or bathing.•The swimming pool and sauna were chaotic, with teenagers causing a disturbance.•Compared to the New Year’s Eve party at Maritins this event was a disappointment: no view of the fireworks (I had to return to my apartment to see them), long lines for food, insufficient tables, and a lack of seating.•The shower door was partially missing
