Liked: Location, scenery and the convenience of skiing. Unfortunately, there were not enough snow. The staff was also amazing.
Disliked: Food was nothing special for the price. Breakfast buffet is too expensive for what is served and the "hot" food (eggs and potatoes) were cold on all three days we ate there.Faucets on our room were not working properlyThe shampoo and body wash were the same (very cheap move to the cost of the stayThe wifi was not working on any of my devices besides my cell phone (tablet and laptop)No driver service to the town (3 minutes away)Paying almost $1k per night, I didn't expect that I need to pay for daily parking, room service, and breakfast buffet

Liked: I cannot say enough good things about the Ritz, Bachelor-Gulch. We have returned every year based on the wonderful experiences we have had. We chose to celebrate my sisters birthday here this fall, and the hotel went above and beyond, from a room upgrade to a personalised card and macaroons and truffles. The service and facilities were as exceptional as ever and we shall be back for the winter season!
