Liked: Pillows! 100% loved the pillows.Staff! Every single person we engaged with was super friendly.Club! Super quiet although the food never seemed to match the time of day.
Disliked: Pre-arranged visit measures were not completed. Upon inquiry, additional charges were imposed...and then still not completed.While absent for an event, a person ordered food to my room and was apparently partially eaten....room not left as I had left it with devices turned on. Had to obtain new room credentials, with no apology or resolution from the staff.
